Delete your account

In the app

Open your profile, tap Settings, then Delete account. It happens straight away and cannot be undone.

By email

If you cannot get into the app, write to [email protected] from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will do it within 30 days.

What it removes

Your account, your posts and their video files, your comments, likes, tails and pack memberships, and you are signed out on every device. A pack with other people in it stays with them and one of them becomes an owner if there aren't any after your deletion. A pack nobody else is in is deleted too along with its animals and photos.

Posts created for a pack you have already left stay with that pack. Delete them before you leave if you do not want them there.

What we keep

Sign-in records, for up to 90 days, so we can spot abuse of the sign-in system. Your email address and the link to your account are stripped out of them, leaving the time, the IP address and the country. The nightly database backups hold a copy for up to 30 days before they are rotated out.
